Hi folks! I am trying to find the recipe for a bread/roll/bisquit type of pastry they used to sell in the Newman Marcus Cafetaria. I think they called it Pop Ups, of something like that. I remenber that is was big, air filled, and soft. It was always like an inflated crossaint, or something as such. They served them wint straberry butter. Is was mouth watering.
Hopefully some of you know anything about this.

Do you mean Popovers? I've never eaten at Neiman Marcus, but it sounds like something like these.
