New To The Site, I Eat What The Wife Bakes With The Hobart N50

I am always looking for a new item to inspire my wife, I find the recipe, she whips it up,,,

99% of her baking (and cooking!!) is with home ground whole wheat flour, I built her a wheat grinder.

Does anyone remember when you could buy a kit for a wheat grinder for $15 in the 1970's?

Well, I built it from the kit, it has seen heavy use ever since.

I did a thread about my wife's Hobart, we actually have purchased 4 of them, the daughters wanted them as wedding gifts, so we are kinda a Hobart family, LOTS of baking!!
