Great looking oven.  I love mine and I am sure you will enjoy many great bread loaves, pizza and other amazing foods prepared with your oven.  Our Thanksgiving turkeys roasted in the masonry oven have been smokey, moist and delicious.   Best wishes!

Really classy oven.  I've seen this oven before on Forno Bravo!  I love the brick work.  Plan ahead and you can knock out pizzas on day 1, bread on day 2, turkey on day 2, brisket or pork butt on day 3, and ribs on day 4.  And other stuff after ribs but I never get that far!
