Honey Spelt Bread - Hamelman recipe

I tried out a recipe from Bread by J. Hamelman.  I milled my own spelt and used loaf pans and baked it at a lower temperature and it turned out pretty nice.  I've included a photo.  Nice crumb.  Pleasant feel and taste.  It seems like a hearth bread in loaf form.  Great for roast beef sandwiches.
