I've been trying to make a few loaves per week for the last couple months. I'm a full time student and bread making seems to offer me a creative outlet to break up the hours of reading. I saw a recipe that used buttermilk and adapted it to an existing no knead recipe I had. It was pretty tasty. Once I get replacement batteries for my digital scale I want to venture into sourdoughs and kneading bread by hand or mixer.

and has to be tasty. A great hobby t0 go with school where you do a little bit of bread work and wait a long time, several times, giving you plenty of time to study!
