Busy baking pains de campagne last night. would usually do sourdough but forgot to wake up my starter in time so did these one with a poolish.
3 loaves, one for home one for a friend and one for my traveling buddies on the commuter train up to London (didn't impress the other travelers when the whoops, hollers and paroxysms of joy erupted as the bread was devoured mid journey!)
Also trying to take my time over photos and rather than just snapping on the cooling rack having a think about how to shoot (though still constrained by time as usually this is done before rushing to the station!)
