Hi I'm Jon and I live in Minneapolis, MN. I'm self/internet-taught and I don't own any baking books.
I'm not overly patient or precise, but I get results I love. I keep halfway-decent records. I prefer to bake with sourdough, and I've been using Carl's starter in 2013. I've tried to capture or cultivate other yeasts from flour.
I don't contribute much, but I try to make it worthwhile when I do. I'll blog recipes I've enjoyed success with.
