What do you stuff them with?
Hi, we cooked the following recipe found here: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/marinated-chicken-pita-sandwich/ and some tzatziki sauce also here: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/tzatziki-sauce/
We stuffed the pita bread and served with a cold glass of beer, just perfect.

I have made pitas, but not any as nice as yours for awhile! I'm hit or miss, I will keep trying though, as I bought a new kitchen stove this summer. Have you a favorite recipe that you're willing to share?
We have tryed the following recipe: http://www.thefreshloaf.com/recipes/pitabread for the pita bread, as you can see the came out just fine. another recipe we´ve tried is: http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-homemade-pita-bread-90844
We like to bake the pitas on the stovetop. But you can bake them on the oven always using a baking stone.
Give yourself a chance and bake them, you will be pleased of the result.
