Great looking crust and nice crumb. What flour mix did you use for this one?
I used 15% Stone Ground Whole Wheat, 5% Light Rye, the rest is King Athrur AP Flour.
Thanks Ian

Your roasted garlic and pecorino bread sounds yummy. I'll have to try that combo!
pecorino really has a great crust and crumb. Now all you need is add in some fresh rosemary and sun dried tomatoes to make a fantastic pizza crust. I use a SD Focaccia Romana bread for the base and with Pecorino garlic rosemary and sun dried tomatoes - pizza dough heaven,
Nice baking wing.
Want. Now.
Very nice breads! They look delicious!
