Thanks SourdoLady. I see on the Pleasant Hill site (agree, they're great) it is spec'd to handle 6 lbs of dough. My biggest home bakes are generally 2 kg so this would work IF true. Will it really handle 6 lbs of dough? How much have you put into yours?
