Hello from Illinois

I,m a homebaker! I love trying new recipes. I bought a crimp pan which makes 4 round loaves. Problem is I have no recipe. I tried my New England cinnamon bread recipe and had dough oozing out everywhere! Does anyone have a recipe for this type of pan?
