Hi! I'm David, a student in a training program for artisan breads and viennoiserie hoping to become a professional artisan bread baker soon. So far I have focused a lot on baguettes. Trying to get the shaping and scoring down. Then move on to getting the flavor right. And I have also looked at starters, sourdoughs, and retarding. Soon we'll getting into whole grains and wood fire baking.
