Well firstly sorry to disallusion you but we don't live in a castle but as they say here "Every Englishman's Home is his Castle". Also I like to think that men don't smell that much, we do like to keep ourselves hygenic especially when baking. The only thing you have to worry about with us is the MESS! At the moment I am churning out Authentic French Baguettes because it's something we cannot get here as we like it. I bought 25 kilos of French Flour which I use in a preferment recipe care of Anis Boabsa recipe which is great, really nice with Procciuto or Pecorino or both. I will start to experiment with other breads when I get tired of this one, also I am quite keen on making some Brioche so that I can make  some real Pain au rasins inc the cream.
