Hi all -
I plan to do some baking this week-end and I got to thinking - since there are just two of us living here (not counting the "four-legged"), I was wondering if I can make rolls instead of loaves. That way we could freeze easily and then take out what we needed for lunch or dinner. Since sourdough can be a very wet dough, can anyone give me any tips on how to form rolls so they don't end up in a "puddle" before baking?
