Hi all

I have been lrking for a couple of weeks so I thought i would join. I am a professional chef who is trying to get better at making bread. It is one aspect of my culinary career that I have never been "great" at. I am O.K. at it but it is time to kick it up a notch.

Great to be here. 

This is definitely the place to learn quite a bit. And meeting some nice people, too.
