There are quite a few of us who are based in the UK and one or two even have their own wfo. Look out for ananda (Andy) who is a very experienced professional (and home) baker who has started his own business, part of which is devoted to baking and selling bread (the other part is baking consultancy). Also lumos, who doesn't have a wfo but her baguettes look delicious.
