I tried making Crumpets for the first time. According to the recipe, if I fill the cooking rings upto 2/3rd then the batter would rise up to the top while cooking. But nothing like that happened, it remained the same size. Am I doing something wrong?
Though Crumpets otherwise tasted pretty good :-)
