Looking for a hearty WW bread with nuts and seeds etc
I am addicted to a bread at Wegmans called Marathon energy loaf. It has pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed and a bunch of other things in it. I want to make something like this at home. Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thanks
I have a recipe on my blog for Five-Grain Seeded Sourdough bread that I really like. It has sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It's delicious and lends itself to tweaking: I've made it with up to 13 grains, including whole wheat and rice.
