I ruined my "good" bread this weekend by oversalting it (wrong spoon) so I needed dinner bread in a hurry.
I made the King Arthur Guaranteed Honey Wheat rolls last night.

I had no orange juice so I used all water, the only other changes were 2 Tablespoons of shortening instead of butter and 6 ounces each of KA whole wheat and KA all purpose.
They baked up nice and are very tasty. This is a big 13x17 half sheet pan so you can tell the recipe made a dozen big rolls. The crumb would look better but I cut the test roll while it was still fairly hot.
