Butterquick coffee cake.
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
stirred together add:
1/3 cup soft salted butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
Beat all hard 2 minutes, pour into greased 8 inch square pan, cover with crunchy Topping,
Mix with a fork:
2 tablespoons soft butter
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts.
Bake 350, approx 45 minutes.
