how can you put photos in here?
Photos are always welcome...we also have a wood fired oven forum. Im not very good at giving instructions for photo posting...but first click on the little green tree icon above in your Comment box...follow instructions from there...make sure your photos are not to large.

Here is a link that shows you how to post photos. Just go step by step and you can do it. It is a two step process where you first upload the images then you select them and send to editor. Good luck.

hi again,
in reply to Vincent:
it cost me, only the materials, about 1500 $ us.
(6000 israeli shekels).
the work i have done on my own, and it took me about 6 month,
in my free time.
in reply to Sylvia:
(first, i must say you living in a buetiful city)
thx for your compliments.
for the bread recipes, i am using basicly a recipe from the book: "the bread builderers" by Daniel Wing and Alan Scott, with minor changes, and it is working for me.
the bread coming out rich, strong and tasty, i am not adding anything like suger, using only white wheat flour mixing with rye,
starting the proces some 30 hours befor baking.
bye bye for now
