We had sourdough hotcakes

here's the recipe I sorta followed.

the night before
1/2 cup starter
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup water

in the morning
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

just before starting
1/4 tsp. baking soda
