Wow, we had a terrible accident in the kitchen this evening. While loading the oven and slashing several loafs of poolish ciabatta the blade slipped from my hand, sliced several pieces of Manchego cheese and sliced the cork off a very nice 2005 Cabernet. Fortunately the wife is OK and no injuries are reported....

Wutan, for a good laugh! We sometimes have that problem at our house, when occasionally my husband will buy a bag of chips with faulty packaging...the bag just seems to pop open in the car on the way home from the store. I just don't understand how he always seems to select those kinds of bags!
But I think I prefer your accident...a glass of cab sounds good right about now!
