No more Kamut!
I just tried to order Kamut from my supplier, and when they were out, I called their supplier out in Montana: There will be no more Kamut til the harvest in late Aug to Sept. What a bummer this is! I've really grown to like the stuff.

I am interested in finding a kamut supplier. Can you tell me where you buy Kamut? (When it is available, that is?)
I live in Va. My supplier is Dutch Valley Foods, and even they have to special order it. I'm thinking that when the new Kamut is available, I might switch to Walton Feeds. Even with shipping (and it goes down quite quickly the more you order), the cost will be lower than what I have been paying.
