My name is Manda and as the title says I live in New Zealand - On the South Island (also known as the Main Land).
I'm an enthusiastic amateur - recently looking into all that I can do with sourdough...looking forward to having a look around and learning :)

My wife and I had the privilege of visiting your lovely country in April of this year. The scenery was stunningly beautiful, particularly in the South Island. It's no wonder that Peter Jackson chose to film The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy there.
