Sprouted flour is made by soaking the whole grains/berries in cold water and drawing and letting them sprout until you start seeing the nubs.  They are then dried and milled into flour.  The sprouted grains are very National and also impart a specific earthy quality.

Whole grain flour is made by milling grain berries and not sifting out ant of the bran.
