Roll shaping fun. Revisited

I had so much fun yesterday making the rosette-shaped rolls, I decided to do another bake today. I cut the number of rolls to 6, bringing them to 144 grams ea. I also added a new shape and took extra care with the rosettes. A dedicated shaping video may come in the future. Not today. The rosettes are on point, the four-strands braids need work.
