Hobart A120 repaint

Hey guys 

I just bought a Hobart A120  works fantastic for 1976 

it’s worthy and due some talc and a paint job I m trying to separate the head from the plinth there’s 4 retaining bolts front and back I’ve removed it wobbles but still won’t separate anyone know what I need to do from here
