They're great. I've watched

They're great. I've watched the entire series many times over. I counted 12 episodes I think. Episode 3 is Vermont sourdough and not to be missed.

Thanks the for recommendation Gavin, episode 3 now on the watch list. And yes I'm sure I'll watch them time and again, there's so much of use here, and he's so generous in sharing his expertise and craftsmanship.
