Looking for 100% whole wheat or whole wheat rye combo recipes

Do any of you have some good 100% whole wheat bread recipes or a mix of whole wheat / rye? I am looking to cut down on how much white flour I am consuming and finding all recipes with whole wheat include white flour. Am looking for straight, pre-ferment and levain recipes. Thanks!

She has a great recipe for overnight autolyse and another for same-day bake that are both very reliable for me. They are 100% whole wheat formulas. Your prooving time will vary depending on the strength of your starter and the freshness of your flour. Remember to reduce hydration: her Aussie wheat is crazy thirsty. Correct hydration to make the dough look right.

I've been using The Approachable Loaf formula recently, and loving it! It's got some flex in how you ferment it, so experiment!
