Sesame Wheat

Late last week, I got a large shipment of flour from Meadowlark Organics, a local mill. I was dying to make bread with it, but work got in the way. 

This week, I baked up a couple of Tartine No 3 inspired loaves of Sesame Wheat bread. I don't have a ton of experience with whole grain loaves, but I'm really starting to get the hang of it. I think this is the first whole wheat bread I've added any seeds too. 

This bread is divine! It has a deeeeeeeeeeep wheat and sesame flavor that makes outstanding sandwiches and grilled cheese.
