Exploring nut-fruit flavor combos to complement a "very sour" SD breakfast, snacking bread.
Have tried a few of the standard combos using walnuts, pecans, with dates, figs, raisins, cranberries. Looking to offset the sourness of the bread and deliver a unique nutty flavor.
