EU grains post Brexit
Any fellow Brits here thinking about European grain supplies post Brexit? I'm wondering if supplies of my favourite French baguette flour (T55) and Italian OO flour are in question. Also wondering how long these milled grains might keep if I do a little precautionary stock piling? Any thoughts?
You should be able to still get everything from the EU but it will be more expensive because of the additional taxes. And in the beginning there might be a longer waiting period while the customs office is getting used to the high work load.
