Hi Dan. People thinks I was born in a bakery or I dropped in a flour sack when I was a kid (like Asterix in the marmite). No, not at all. I am quite new in the business. I have been lucky to work with top bakers, so my learning phase has been very intense. Practice makes a master!
How long did it take to arrange the loaves for the beauty shots? Really like the seeded loaves and the diamond stencils...,
