I have been reading this forum for quite a while. I love looking at the wonderful breads you all seem to be producing. I thought I might return the favor and share some things I have learned from my not so successful loafing around, when I think I can contribute. I am not real computer savy so it may be a very rare occasion when any of my baking hits cyberspace. Thanks for all the helpful things everyone contributes. Swtgran
Hi Swtgran and welcome! It's always nice to meet another baker.
I'm new to this site too swtgran, and also not very computer savvy. Having fun trying out different breads - I'm now making foccacia. Some have been successes. Alas, some have not been!
However, it's better to have loafed and lost than never to have loafed at all !
I find that it's virtually impossible to have inedible homemade bread. My worst failures are still better (to eat) than storebought bread.
