Dinner rolls....

Newbie baker.....Just tried dinner rolls recipe, am deciding I don't much like egg in dough recipes...They turned out fine in looks and texture but more like a brioche bun and bit sweet and eggy. Next I will try a French dinner roll. The ingredients are really starting to make more sense now, i am so enjoying bread making, and want to try a grain bread for a healthy option, my white sandwich loaf has been consistently good but have so much more to try. I can even see how much more relaxed I am about mixing dough. One day I will make a sour dough loaf....:-/
