One of my favorites for sure. A fine expample you have there. Well done and happy baking for the Holidays Abe
Thank you Dabrownman. A pleasure to bake, and eat! Goes great with cheese.
Happy Holidays.
It's a super nice looking Borodinsky! It looks so moist and flavorful...
It is a lovely flavoursome loaf. Very more-ish when toasted and eaten with cheese. It isn't "no oven" but forming ideas for the challenge.
Happy Holidays.
Well done Abe, looks great :)
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas,I'm sure the bread was a fine addition to your table.
Merry Christmas :)

Sometimes a good hearty aromatic Rye loaf makes nice change. The kind of bread that fits the title 'staff of life'. Very enjoyable with meats and cheeses.
It's a Happy Hanukkah (and Birthday) for me.
Hope you're enjoying Christmas.
