Sourdough Cheese Toasties :)

I would imagine everyone has done this before, but I thought I would just mention how nice sourdough toasties are :)

The sourdough seems to lend itself to dry toasting much more than yeasted bread.  I simply made dry sandwiches then toasted them in a dry frying pan for a few minutes each side on a medium heat ............ yumcious!
