Hello "the fresh loaf" world
Great site! Great resources! I've been a lurker for awhile, getting tips and tricks for pizza dough. I love bread, I love eating bread, I love smelling bread. Early memory's of my Great Grandmother (little German women from DeWitt, Iowa), making fresh rye bread in the kitchen. Seemed like hundreds of little loaf pans everywhere. I'd like to try harder recipes (Artisan) down the road, but for now just pizza dough.
