I've just made some yummy olive and coriander sourdough breads with a splash of olive oil for extra flavour. It was my first tentative steps into adding flavours to my basic sourdough recipe. The slightly bitter olive flavour was just so complementary to the slight sour tang in my loaves. Fab.
Anyone like to share their favorite flavour combinations?
