So what formula did you use to make your dark rye bread, zainaba22?  I am sure we would all love to know!!

Makes a 2 lb.loaf

1 1\2 cup warm water

1 1\2 Tbl.oil

2 Tbl molasses

1 1\2 cup rye flour

1 1\2 cup bread flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 Tbl gluten

1\4 cup dry milk powder

1 Tbl caraway seeds

1 Tbl cocoa

1 1\2 tsp salt

2 tsp yeast

1)place all ingredients in the bowl of mixer ,beat 10 minutes to make a soft dough

2)cover,let rise in warm place until doubled in size ,about 1 hour.

3)shape and let rise for 45 minutes

4)Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes
