Poolish Baguettes

Ciabatta (Craig Ponsford formula)
Somewhat disappointing crumb. Another batch made the following week looked similar

Lovely looking breads, Ryan. And the little one looks too cute for words. Is she one year old, yet? I take it she has a taste for her father's baking already. Our youngest has a thing for raw dough and will climb up on the kitchen counter, if necessary, to get it!
