Howdy!!
I'm new here and wanted to say hello and tell you all a little about me.
I'm a culinary student from Texas who is working on an AAS in Bakery/Pastry. I am married, have three dogs, and my hobby is singing opera. I am a full-time office manager and part-time student, but I have a passion for baking and love to share ideas.

Would love to see photos of your homework sometime! Hope you can share some of what you learn in pastry class. :-)
I did an AAS pastry arts program myself--part-time as well. Good for you! I learned a lot and enjoyed the program very much. I'm sure you'll have fun here as well.
