Good practice-Weighing
There have been many threads on the site discussing why you should weigh and not scoop your flour if you want to be able to duplicate results reliably. This fellow is a favorite of mine and I have made many of his dishes from his daily blog/video site. He presents some rather high end recipes in a clear and usually simple way. Today he has a short clip on why you shouldn't scoop the flour that hopefully some new bakers will appreciate. I bookmark the site and check it at least once a week for new creative ideas for dinner.
