Multigrain Bread, Nutritious & Healthy NEED RECIPES Nutritionist on site?
Hi Everyone
Not sure of how to create a new post so I hope this ok...
I am looking for nutritional content (like you would find on a Pepperidge Farm Multigrain Bread Bag.) It's important for me to know the break down of protein per slice, fiber, fat, carbs, etc. if at all possible. Is there anyone out there who can help and perhaps share a recipe with the info.
If no recipe...is there a formula to derive this information on my own from the ingredients being used. Math is not my forte.
Thanks in advacne and Happy New Year

I like to find the nutritional information on my own bread using Nutritiondata.com. It lets you create your own private custom recipes easily. There's a database of nutritional information for most ingredients, you can enter the number of servings your recipe makes, etc.
I hope that helps. Happy new year!
Thanks so very much Caltrain
Blessings

It's a decent site where you will find nutrition information. You can use their sparkrecipes feature to calculate total calories, macro and micro nutrients of your own dish. I like it a lot. Al
