Hi From Windsor, Ontario
I am embarking on the making of my first 'starter' and researching where to find fresh milled flour in my area eventually led me to this site.
I have always loved to bake and since retiring baked all my bread, rolls, etc. I took a sabbatical from 'glutens' for awhile but since have decided to try fermented starters as opposed to yeasts and get back into bread baking again.
The site looks great and while I'm still trying to navigate various areas of the site, I think I'll be hanging around.

They deliver and I really like the flour - usually has a mill date a week or two before it arrives at my door!
There is a place right here in Tecumseh where they mill their own grains... I can get there or from one of a few stores that distribute the product in Windsor. I will check out the nearest store which is 5 minutes from me and compare it to what I can get right from the source.
