Grandma pi !!
Bennie started it with his lemon love! This is a mixed up crust with YW SD whole wheat and a bit of T65 and the rest AP. Toppings are mozzarella and Parmesan and black olive tapenade with pepperoni and homemade sauce.

Pizza pi r squared! Nothing better than homemade sauce for pizza. When they are in season we like to roast them and freeze in small jars for year around pies.
I use Marcella Hazan's marinara sauce recipe. She uses crushed tomatoes and paste and one onion and butter and bakes it. So easy and taste fantastic and no mess. I don't add much in the way of herbs because the sauce seems to just carry it all. Happy Pi day !! Thank you !
