Savory Moist Soda bread  - recipes please

My understanding is Soda bread does not need any yeast, but tends to get dried. Is there a way to make the bread moist?

Traditional soda breads tend to be on the dry side. I make a delicious soda bread that is moist by adding a little honey and olive oil to the dough. If this is of interest I can post more details.

I found this version from a bakery in the UK online at least 10 years ago and I figured out a version that works for me. Of course you can use just about any flour (I prefer whole grain where possible) and also use any blend of add-ins that you have around.

Try:

www.thefreshloaf.com/search/node/moist+soda+bread

(That's the same as using the search box at the top of the page.)

and if you don't like any of those, try:

https://www.allrecipes.com/search/results/?search=moist+soda+bread

Recipes with enrichments, such as egg, butter, oil, etc., will tend to be moister than those without.

Bon appétit.
