Replenished the cupboard/freezer for a pizza-licious New Year!
The question, just how bad is bromide for you? Inquiring minds want to know, in case I really like the difference between All Trumps from K.A. bread flour.
The Enzo pepperoni is new to me too. It cost more per pound, I hope it's better. I really don't love Rosa Grande.
I'd stick with UN-bromated. (Almost?) every developed country has banned bromated flour except the U.S.
Bromated flour supposedly gives you a fluffier puffier more voluminous dough.
All Trumps does come in unbromated/unbleached variety.
