My new for pizza oven setup....

I can't wait to try this out, taking a dough ball out for a Sunday pizza bake! ! I am thinking I my need to shave a couple of two, three minutes?
P.S. I confirmed, (again) no way to go up from 18" to 20", Rats foiled again!
